Helping Women Navigate Motherhood, Anxiety, and Life's Most Meaningful Transitions

If you've been feeling overwhelmed by motherhood, struggling with anxiety, navigating postpartum challenges, or wondering why you don't quite feel like yourself anymore, you're not alone.

Many of the women I work with are caring for everyone around them while quietly carrying emotional exhaustion, overthinking, guilt, anxiety, burnout, or the invisible mental load that comes with motherhood.

As a therapist, wife, and mother of two, I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times. Many women are balancing countless responsibilities while trying to care for everyone around them. Therapy offers a space where you can focus on yourself, feel supported, and begin creating meaningful change.

At A Space for Change, my goal is to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can slow down, feel heard, and openly explore what you're carrying emotionally.

I provide online therapy throughout Florida for women experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, motherhood transitions, postpartum concerns, fertility challenges, burnout, and major life changes.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and genuine.

Many clients come to therapy after spending months—or even years—trying to manage everything on their own. They often appear capable and put together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves.

My approach is centered on helping clients better understand what they are experiencing, identify patterns contributing to stress and anxiety, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

Together, we work toward helping you feel:

  • more grounded

  • more emotionally supported

  • more connected to yourself

  • more confident navigating challenges

  • less overwhelmed by everything you're carrying

Therapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's about helping you reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

Who I Help

I primarily work with:

  • Moms experiencing burnout and emotional overwhelm

  • Women navigating pregnancy and postpartum transitions

  • Women struggling with anxiety and chronic overthinking

  • Women experiencing fertility and infertility challenges

  • New moms adjusting to motherhood

  • Women navigating major life transitions

  • Individuals experiencing emotional exhaustion and burnout

  • Women feeling disconnected from themselves or uncertain about their next chapter

Whether you're facing a major transition or simply feeling like something isn't quite right, therapy can help you better understand what you're experiencing and create meaningful change.

What Brings Clients to Therapy

Many women reach out because they are experiencing:

  • constant overthinking

  • emotional exhaustion

  • feeling mentally "on" all the time

  • postpartum anxiety

  • motherhood overwhelm

  • mom guilt

  • difficulty relaxing

  • fertility-related stress

  • burnout

  • relationship stress

  • anxiety during pregnancy

  • feeling lost after becoming a mom

  • trouble balancing everyone's needs

  • emotional overload

  • life transitions that feel difficult to navigate alone

Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who appear like they are managing everything well externally while quietly struggling internally.

Therapy offers a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone.

My Specialty: Supporting Women Through Motherhood and Life Transitions

Motherhood can be one of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences in life. It can also be one of the most emotionally demanding.

As both a therapist and a mother, I understand that motherhood often brings significant emotional, relational, and identity changes.

I specialize in helping women navigate:

  • pregnancy anxiety

  • postpartum anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • mom burnout

  • fertility and infertility challenges

  • motherhood transitions

  • anxiety and overthinking

  • emotional exhaustion

  • identity shifts after becoming a parent

Whether you're preparing for motherhood, adjusting to life with a new baby, or balancing the ongoing demands of family life, therapy can provide support, perspective, and practical tools to help you move forward.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, thoughtful, and easy to talk to.

I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being honest about what you're experiencing without fear of judgment.

You don't need to have the perfect words or have everything figured out before starting therapy.

Together, we explore what may be contributing to stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion while identifying practical ways to help you feel more grounded and supported.

My goal is not to tell you how to live your life. Instead, I help you better understand yourself, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward the life you want to create.

A Little About Me

In addition to being a therapist, I am also a wife and mother of two.

Like many women, I understand that life is filled with transitions, responsibilities, and moments that can feel both meaningful and overwhelming.

While every person's experience is unique, becoming a mother has deepened my appreciation for the emotional complexity that often comes with balancing family life, personal identity, relationships, and self-care.

My personal experiences, combined with my clinical training and years of professional experience, continue to shape the empathy, compassion, and understanding I bring into my work with clients.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, motherhood, burnout, fertility challenges, postpartum changes, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you move forward.
