Hello, I’m Katrina!

Katrina Lorenzo, M.S., LMFT (MT 4164)

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Katrina Lorenzo, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life’s transitions, relationships, stress, and anxiety.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with your strengths, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY PATH

Finding your strengths.
Creating your way forward.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. During my training, I worked with adults and couples at the Brief Therapy Institute, supporting people navigating relationships, stress, and anxiety. I also worked with children and adolescents through the PROMISE program.

These experiences helped me discover how much I value working collaboratively: recognizing each person’s strengths and resources, creating practical solutions, and moving toward a future that feels more meaningful.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Life Transitions

From life after high school or college to choosing a career and navigating relationships, to marriage and motherhood, we can make room for the questions and changes that come with each new chapter.

Anxiety and Stress

We can explore ways to cope with stress and anxiety, including practical tools informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), at a pace that feels manageable.

Trauma and Healing

Your experiences deserve to be met with care and respect. Together, we can acknowledge what you’ve been through and work toward reclaiming your voice and sense of agency.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

“My hope is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment where you can recognize your strengths and build a toolbox for whatever life brings.”

I believe therapy works best as a collaboration. We’ll honor your story, identify the resources you already carry, and explore skills that can help you feel more confident as you move forward.
